100% Glera. The Cartizze area supplies the best grapes in the appellation. Limited in production, these grapes are sourced from a small piece of land of only 262 acres, amidst the steepest hills around San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol in Valdobbiadene, the heart of the Prosecco DOCG area.

Wine made from the soft pressing of the grapes with must separated from the skins. Secondary fermentation (Charmat method) in temperature-controlled stainless steel.

Fine and velvety perlage with aromas of exotic fruit, green apple and white peach.

Well-suited to important occasions, it makes an excellent accompaniment to desserts, cakes, pastries, fruit salads and tarts. Also matches admirably with shellfish and elegant fish dishes.
